Pricing
You pay for the size of the data.
Self-serve audits are one-time: no retainers or hourly billing. Start free — every audit begins with a no-cost check of your statements. If findings are there, pay one time to run the full analysis. The price is set by how many rows your statements actually contain, measured by the engine itself and shown to you before you pay. Want constant ongoing monitoring with a 12 months rolling lookback? See the monthly plan below.

Monthly plan · ongoing monitoring
Constant monitoring for the whole roster.
The monthly plan is not a one-off audit. It watches every connected source continuously, checking each new statement as it arrives, and every artist keeps a 12 months rolling lookback so the window is always current.
A source is each separate payer or statement provider connected for an artist, for example a label, distributor, publisher or PRO. Each artist profile is limited to its own tier's sources and to its own contracts and statements, and different artists can sit on different tiers.
Emerging
Up to 3 sources
$50 per artist / month
Established
4 to 7 sources
$100 per artist / month
Major
8+ sources
$200 per artist / month
Monthly minimum: $150 per account.

How it works
Free first. Paid only if there's something to find.
1. Free check. Upload your statements and any governing contracts. The engine reads every row, normalizes the data, and runs a free pass — at no charge. You see whether discrepancies exist and the exact size of the data.
2. Quoted band. The engine counts the unique data rows across your statements and places you in a band. The price is known before you pay — it's measured, not estimated.
3. One-time payment. Pay once for that audit. The full run recomputes every figure and produces the complete Notice of Underpayment — row-level citations, quoted clauses, and every finding documented.
What's included
Every paid audit includes the full analysis
- Every statement row recomputed against your contract's own terms.
- Rate miscalculations, unauthorized deductions, negative entries, reserve behavior, and recoupment analyzed.
- A complete Notice of Underpayment with row-level citations and quoted clauses.
- A shareable summary page and a downloadable PDF.
- Findings delivered in minutes, not months.
Questions
Common questions
What counts as a row? Each data line in your statements — one track, one source, one period. The engine measures this itself during the free pass, so the number is fixed before you're asked to pay.
Do contracts count toward the price? No. Governing agreements are read, not counted. Only statement data rows set your band.
What if I upload the same statement twice? Duplicates are detected and excluded. You're never billed twice for the same rows.
Multiple statements or multiple currencies? Reconcile as many as you like in one audit — the rows across all statements set the band. Each currency is reported separately, never summed across.
What about very large catalogs? Audits above 250,000 rows are priced individually. Reach out and we'll scope it.
